LOCATION: OCOTC’S TRAINING FACILITY 6629 NW 23RD ST Bethany, OK 73008
January 18 & 19 (Make up date for bad weather 25 & 26)

PRE-ENTRIES: $10.00 for the first entry of a dog each day, $5.00 for each additional entry of same dog on the same day (plus $.50 fee on $10.00 entry, $.25 fee on $5.00 entries.)

GCG/Trick Dog entries $20 each (plus $1.00 fee for each entry)

REFUND OF TRAINING FEES:  Regular Classes: A $20.00 enrollment charge will be deducted from the full refund for any classes, if the refund request is not made at least 7 days prior to the start of the class. No refunds will be made after the start of the second meeting of the class. You can request to be moved to the next session of training before the start of the second meeting of class.  No refund will be given if you cannot attend that next session of classes.  In extenuating circumstances, a refund may be authorized at the discretion of the Board upon written request. Requests to move to the next session can only be made once.

Special Classes/Seminars (SW/OBED): Refunds will only be issued if withdrawal request is done 5 days prior to start date.  No refunds will be given after class/seminar starts.  In extenuating circumstances, a refund may be authorized at the discretion of the Board upon written request.
